I would try changing the name of the iPHC folder. If that does not work I would make a new folder in the htdocs folder and put an index.php page in it with the word test on the page and try to access that. Other than that, I am really not sure what the problem could be. @gerhard

It seems that you are not putting the iPHC2.1 folder in the correct place. If you can go to localhost and do not have any problems then it is most likely what I stated above. @gerhard
